- Vaccination cards produced on arrival

- Pet Plan insurance included (not for pre-existing conditions)

- Early collection charge without 24 hours notice will be charged according to prior booking.

- Cancelled bookings without 24 hours notice incur a £20.00 fee.

- Non-refundable deposits are required.

- Charges from day of entry to day of departure.

- Surcharges apply on Christmas & New Years Day

- Viewing by appointment only

- No collections or arrivals outside opening hours other than day boarders

- Payment by cheque, card or cash on collection of dogs.
